Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

You received the wrong item.

The product arrived damaged or defective upon delivery.

The item was missing from your order.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect selection at checkout.
Time Frame
All exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.
How to Request an Exchange

Once reviewed, we will notify you regarding the approval status and guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping
If your exchange is approved and requires a return, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs may be covered by us in the case of errors or defective products.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange:
