Return Policy

At PC CHEF STATION SDN. BHD, we are committed to delivering high-quality food products and an exceptional shopping experience. Due to the perishable nature of many of our items, we have a strict return policy to ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness to all customers.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable food products (including hot pot sets, sukiyaki kits, fresh/frozen meats, pasta sauces, soup bases, etc.)

  • Opened, tampered, or consumed items

  • Products not in their original condition or packaging

  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery

This policy is in place to comply with food safety regulations and to protect all our customers.

Returns Accepted Only If:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item was damaged during shipping

  • Your order was incomplete or missing items

How to Request a Return

If your order meets the above criteria, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery by emailing pc.chef.station@outlook.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue (wrong item, damage, etc.)

  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and respond promptly with the next steps.

Refunds

  • If a return is approved, you will receive a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the return is confirmed.

  • In some cases, we may issue a store credit or replacement instead of a refund.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change.
Orders can be canceled under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipping:
    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and provide a full refund.

  • After Shipping:
    If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, you may proceed with a return after receiving the item, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

  • Custom or Special Orders:
    Orders for customized or special request items cannot be canceled once placed.

We will confirm the status and process accordingly.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be covered by us only if the error was on our end (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

  • Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
