We currently ship within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and delivery address of your order. Free shipping may be available for orders that meet promotional thresholds (when applicable).
Cold Chain Packaging
To ensure freshness, selected perishable items (e.g. hot pot packages, meat sets) may be shipped using insulated or chilled packaging. Please store them properly upon receipt.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the delivery status.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected time, or if any items are missing or damaged, please contact us at pc.chef.station@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the delivery. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability may incur additional charges for re-delivery.
